Welcome to the Ol' Boar Inn, pull up a stool and make yourself comfortable.  Here you will meet many folk from across the lands, some friend and some foe.

Acquaintances are sorted by where the party first met an individual, or where they spend most of their time.

    • Blades of Light

      • Commander Kagan the Cleaver - Warrior in charge of the Dyvers' Blades of Light
      • Thereska Everard - This beautiful woman is a friend and confident of Kagan, the party does not know what her role is.
      • Loraina - A young half-elven rogue, Loraina is a friend to the pc's.
      • Sergeant Molaaf - Even more dour and taciturn than the typical dwarf, Molaaf is in charge of trainees of the Dyvers' Blades.
      • Milo Longshaft - Paladin of Heironeous and Captain within the ranks. (Halfling)
      • Stalar Tack - Head Loremaster (human)
      • Ped Glitterleaf - Chief supply officer and provisioner (halfling)
      • Chikraer Laughingwanderer - Archmage (Gnome)
      • Gilto Torkrest - Head smith (dwarf)
    • City Officials

      • Lieutenant Rodilar - Lieutenant in charge of the River District City Guard.

      • Lieutenant Plotz - Lieutenant in charge of the Palace District and Palace guards.  He and Rodilar have expressed an interest in the interesting non-lethal tactics employed by Daesha and her Bolas.

    • Guildmasters, Nobles, and Shop-Keepers

      • Karasin'Calrahri - Childhood friend of Imory.  Now runs a The Elven Star, small curiosity shop in Old Town.
      • Fairwoods - A wealthy noble family of Dyvers, with a manse within the city as well as holdings to the East of the City.  They are known best for their horse breeding, their stock being famous for speed and stamina.  The breed is best used for racing, or courier service, and not well suited in mass, nor in temperament, for war training.
        • Huthain Fairwood - Patriarch of the family
        • Dame Fairwood - Huthain's aged mother, and wife of the now-deceased Sir Baraphor Fairwood, famed for his noble deeds during the battle at the Temple of Elemental Evil.
        • Driawynn Fairwood - Wife of Huthain.
        • Oracan Fairwood, Bealdsig Fairwood - Eldest sons of Huthain, these two are wild and rebellious young men.  Their rude and dangerous behaviour (racing prize steeds full-tilt down crowded city streets) has earned the entire family a bad name amongst the lower classes.
        • Gwilawyn Fairwood - Daughter
        • Baldaur Fairwood - Youngest son of Huthain, he has not yet hit his teen years, but it looks promising that he will turn out better than his older brothers.
        • Taragost Fairwood - Younger brother of Huthain, he lives at the country estate and oversees the family finances, as well as helping with the breeding programs.
        • Emylyre Fairwood - Wife of Taragost
        • >Donadire Fairwood - Son, and only child, of Taragost and Emylyre.
    • Other Dyvers' Personages

      • Gorth Moaral - The PC's met this fighter at a roadside inn between Dyvers and Brookhollow.  After his money was stolen, Gaeg paid his debt to the innkeeper. He has repaid his debt to Gaeg.
      • Rougievous Rougudier - Rhenee who spent a few hours taking..err..winning Gambles money at dice.
      • Eauette - Attractive Rhenee lass who introduced Gamble to Rougie.

  • Gnarley Forest

    • Defenders of the Gnarley

      • Aryan Brighthawk - This half-elven ranger has been resident in the Gnarley for decades, she is thought to be the leader of the Gnarley Defenders.  Though the heroes have not yet met her, none who live near the Gnarley can help but to have heard tales of her exploits.
      • Tavial Wardcloak - Ranger whom the party met on the Low Road enroute to Oakhurst.  He warned them of the dangers before them, and advised a secure campsite each night.
      • Eldrin Thornwhistle - Old Elven Ranger who trained Bracken, it has been well over a year since Bracken has seen him.
      • Cedris Turmercan - Proprietor of the Gilded Acorn in Corustaith, this powerful wizard met the party when they were returning to Dyvers after defeating the Gulthias Tree in the Twilight Grove.
    • Elsewhere in the Gnarley

      • Old Yarrick - Orc warrior whom the party encountered in Khundrukar.  A deal was made with him, exchanging information for his life.  Where he travelled next, the heroes do not know.
      • Amandys and Emyris - Imory's parents.

  • Brookhollow

    • Kerwin Colby - This extremely muscular dwarf is the local smith of Brookhollow, as well as one of the town elders.
    • Tril Cutter - A friendly, halfling woman, Tril runs Cutter's Inn in Brookhollow, and is the other town elder.
    • William Shelby - Constable of Brookhollow, William is a capable warrior and has a good heart.
    • Kor Bloodaxe - Posed as Slightly inept, Arias, Priest of Heironeous in charge of the Temple of Valour outside Brookhollow.  Kor was in fact a priest of Hextor.  Slain by the heroes on Planting 13th, 591 CY
    • Tacks the Miller - An ornery, rather sour old man, Tacks ran the local Mill.  Despite his unpleasant demeanor, Tacks had a good heart, and was slain by the treachery of Kor on Planting 12th, 591 CY
    • Cammy Miller - Tacks' young niece, Cammy lost her parents when very young.  At the tender age of 13, she inherited the Mill when Tacks died.

  • Oakhurst

    • Dem "Corky" Nackle - Gnomish priestess of Pelor and town Healer
    • "Old Man" Hawthorne - Aged, weakened,  senile town-wizard, herbalist and alchemist.
    • Kerowyn Hucrele and the Hucrele  Merchant Family - Influential and wealthy trading family, who lives in Oakhurst and trades in goods from the Gnarley Forest and out of Celene (where they have some reliable contacts) through agents in Dyvers and Greyhawk.
    • Meepo - sculptor, wood-carver, dragon-keeper, and buffoon of the kobold population of the nearby Sunless Citadel.
    • Garon - Innkeeper of the Ol' Boar Inn, Garon is a fawning idiot around wealthy or influential patrons.
    • Gaula Diamondcloak - One of the finest seamstresses in the region, Daesha has promised Gaula she will locate the material which is Gaula's namesake, a family secret lost generations ago.
    • Rurik Lutgehr - Dwarven blacksmith, armorsmith, and weaponsmith, Rurik is now also a partner with the Hucreles in conducting trade with the nearby Sunless Citadel.
    • Melerv Glittereye - This halfling cobbler is extremely nearsighted, but that hasn't affected his work; he makes the finest footwear in the Gnarley.

      • Of the 5 survivors of the Diamondridge massacre in 582CY, only 3 yet live today.

      • Dwar Thorur - Clan chief.
      • Captain Falco - Captain of the Dragonhome Guard and Defenders of the Forge.
      • Rondald Tarran - Blacksmith and Weaponsmith.
      • Prelis Hardtack - Aged warrior and teacher of the clan guard.  Father of Bernum, who died in the battle where the "God's Tear" was lost.
      • Dulin - Father of Gaeg, presumed killed in an attempt to retrieve Heltianna ("God's Tear") in late autumn of 590CY.
      • Jagarid Azlond ("Jag Rocktalker") - Captain of the Dragonhome Battlerager's squadron.
      • Helik Torid - High Priest of Moradin.
      • Ovent - High Stonelord of the region where Dragonhome is located.
    • "Somewhere" in the Lortmils

      • Korath Guk - An orc warrior who scarred Aust and got away.

    • Arturious Brocca (and Onyx the warhorse) - Paladin (and his mount)  who traveled with Gaeg for a time.  Gaeg has not seen him since they parted ways several months past.
    • Melith of Narwall - Traveling Bard the heroes met in Oakhurst.  He spent several hours listening attentively to tales of their adventures.  He travels from Village to City from Narwall, to Dyvers, to Verbobonc on circuit.
