Oracle - Some people call them amd, and certainly some Oracles are driven mad by the visions they see. Oracles are blessed - or cursed - by visions from their deities.  ((from Defenders of the Faith - Divine Oracle) Requirements:

Outlaw of the Crimson Road - A failed revolutionary, a loyal supporter of some deposed ruler, or just an ordinary individual who angered the wrong person, Outlaws of the Crimson Road are forced to live outside of societies laws, robbing those who pass within their sphere of influence, and hiding from all others who seek to take them in for "justice." (From Song and Silence) Requirements:

Special: A appropriate legal authority must pronounce a "Writ of outlawry" upon the character, whether (s)he be guilty or not.  Additionally, the character must swear to abide by the "outlaw's code" as detailed in Song And Silence.
Pale Master - Necromancy is usually a poor choice for arcane spellcasters - those who truly wish to master the deathless arts most often pursue divine means.  However, an alternative exists for those who desire power over undead but still wish to follow the arcane path of the art....the path of the Pale Master.  From Tome and Blood The Pale Master prestige class is not available to PC's in the Stormkeep campaign.
Penumbral Lord - These mysterious masters of the arcane seek knowledge in darkness rather than candle-lit tomes, transgressing the boundary between light and dark to draw forth magical energy unavailable to others.  (From Relics & Rituals) Requirements:

Poison Fist - "A dart, a dagger, a bowl of rice; there are many devices used to deliver pison, but none is so deadly and insidious as the empty hand" (From Dragon #289) Requirements:

Feats: Dodge, Improved Unarmed strike, Great Fortitude, Mobility, Stunning fist or monk's stunning attack.
Special: Must be accepted as a member by one of the warring factions of the Poison Fist assassin's guild.
Pyrokineticist - These psionic masters have discovered tat a little power goes a long way, if you are interested only in fire.  They find beauty and utility in flame. (From Psionics Handbook) Requirements:

Special: Must have pyromaniacal tendencies.
Psi-Hunter - Well versed in the arcane arts, these mysterious individuals excel at hunting down and neutralizing psionic creatures.  They are skilled combatants and spell-casters who hone all their skills with the destruction of psionic beings in mind.  (from Dragon #281) Requirements:

It is known that some groups of psi-hunters specifically target a single psionic entity.   The Illithid Hunters, for example.
